After so much anticipation for what and who would occupy the space at the Bend Airport we are excited to welcome and introduce you to the owners of CJ’s at the Airport, Jonathan and Cecee Kostyal!
These two have been running an airport café in Redding CA for the last couple of years and as much as their customers and life brought them much happiness they also had a void in their hearts from fulfilling dreams of having their own café at an airport like ours. After just a few trips to Central Oregon to visit Cecee’s sister and family they knew Bend was the place they wanted to be!
With what started from a simple phone call from Jonathan about the available space, Cecee and Jonathan have been hard at work, putting all of their passion and resources into bringing their restaurant to life at the Bend Airport. On Monday, 02.01.2021, CJ’s at the Airport will open their doors at 6:30am for outdoor dining and takeout, serving up Jonathan’s homemade classics for breakfast and lunch while Cecee will greet and serve you with a smile and probably know you by name by the end of your meal.
Jonathan and Cecee can not express enough their gratitude for the warm welcome they have already received from visitors popping in to see what’s happening upstairs and are overjoyed to meet and serve all who will become their loved regulars and once-in-a-while in town visitors. Whether you only have a minute or want to stay a while, you are invited and welcome to come have a seat (or to-go box) at CJ’s!
